SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the continued increase in shipping and postage costs, Victor Sierra Gear now charges a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. This helps us continue providing high-quality products and reliable delivery while keeping our pricing as fair and consistent as possible. We appreciate your understanding and support. Need something overseas? Just give us a shout and we'll be glad to see what we can do!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, including all original packaging. Refunds and exchanges may only take place within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping on any items needing a refund OR exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and provide to you a status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card immediately. The time to receive credit for refunded purchases may vary depending on card issuers' policies.
Unfortunately, in order to offer standard free shipping to our customers, all shipping costs from the original purchase are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to exchange an item, please be aware that you must pay for the shipping of the new item as well.
